Model
Our deals follow a traditional 'sponsor-promote' business model, with a developer fee for services, preferred return to investors and waterfall ownership and income sharing for all parties.

Investors
Significant project equity is offered to investors who bring up to 30 percent project capital to a deal. Preferred returns with waterfalls on our develop-and-hold projects provide stable, ongoing passive income.
